Our Home Repairs & Rehab program (A Brush With Kindness), provides a low-cost solution for exterior home repairs for low-income homeowners.
How We Do It:
Habitat selects partner families based on income, need, and willingness to partner. Leeward Habitat uses volunteer labor and donated materials to keep costs low and take no profit for their services. A no-interest loan is made to the homeowner to cover the cost of the project. Payments made by the homeowners are placed in a revolving fund to help A Brush With Kindness serve others in need.

How to Help
Companies, faith groups, community organizations, and individuals can elect to sponsor a home repair project in full or partner with others to share the sponsorship. We also need volunteers to help at the site. Call our office to find out more! 808-696-7882
